Police Party of Police Post Fruit Mandi Headed by DO Sajad Ahmed and SHO PS Sopore Insp. Khalid Fayaz under the supervision of SDPO Sopore Raies Ahmad-JKPS.
During Naka the Checking on Kupwara Bypass Road at Fruit Mandi Crossing Police Party of Police Post Fruit Mandi sopore intercepted one truck bearing registration No JK05J 0688 Coming from Area of Ahad baba Residence crossing towards Amargaorh sopore on search 08 bottles of Cobold-CD, 04 bottles of Omerex-T and 6 sticks of charas like substance recovered from dashboard of truck accused/driver who identified himself as Ab Hamid Dar S/o Gh Mohd Dar R/O Nowpora kallan Sopore. To this effect case FIR No 23/2023 u/s 8/20,21 NDPS act P/S Sopore stands registered and investigation taken up.
