Kulgam, 24 February, 2022:- In a solemn ceremony, District Police Kulgam paid homage to martyr DySP Aman Kumar Thakur-JKPS
To remember his supreme sacrifice and to pay honor and respect to the Martyr, Police Commemoration Parade was conducted and rich tributes were paid to the departed soul for his supreme sacrifice in the service of the Country and for safeguarding integrity and sovereignty of the nation.
All officers of Kulgam Police, paid their homage by placing floral wreaths at the Martyr Monument in DPL Kulgam.
It is pertinent to mention that Martyr DySP Amaan Kumar Thakur-JKPS attained martyrdom on this day while fighting with terrorists at village Turigam Kulgam.
